At Groovy Collectables, we want you to love your vintage-inspired finds, but if your purchase doesn't hit the right note, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all collectible tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
